COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

Compliance and Documentation – What We Provide and What Others Issue

BAOJIANG SUPPLY CHAIN is a steel trading and export coordination company, not a steel mill. The mill test certificate (MTC) is issued by the producing mill; the certificate of origin (COO) and the certificate of conformity (COC) are issued by an authorised or accredited body. We agree the document set first, then request, cross-check and hand it over.

What do we coordinate, and what do we not claim?

What we coordinate:

  • Supplier and mill selection against the requested grade, standard and size
  • Mill test certificate request and cross-check against the order
  • Third-party inspection arranged with the body you nominate
  • Packing, marking, container loading and shipping document follow-up

What we do not claim:

  • We do not operate a steel mill.
  • We do not issue certificates ourselves. MTC, COO and COC are issued by the producing mill or an accredited body.
  • We do not publish certification marks or client names we cannot evidence.

Which documents are involved in a steel export order?

The exact set depends on the product and the destination. It is confirmed before order placement, not assumed afterwards.

Which markets can we ship to?

Our first verified export route is India. Other markets – including the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa – are under development and reviewed case by case. Market suitability is confirmed per product against the applicable trade measures, the HS classification, anti-dumping and safeguard duties, and the document set the destination requires. We do not publish a country list we cannot evidence.

How is compliance checked before an order is confirmed?

  1. HS classification of the product, and the grade and standard your specification cites
  2. Trade-measure check for the destination: anti-dumping, safeguard and licensing measures
  3. Document requirement listed against the destination and the buyer’s own process
  4. Inspection scope, inspection body and cost agreed before order placement
  5. Document cross-check before loading: invoice, packing list, MTC/COC and agreed certificates matched line by line against the order

What we need from you

  • Destination country and port
  • HS code if you have one, and the standard or code your project cites
  • The document set your customs broker or buyer requires
  • Whether third-party inspection is required, and by which body
  • Grade, size and quantity, so the document scope can be priced into the offer
