What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most products the MOQ is around one container (about 20–25 tons). We also accept mixed containers and small trial batches — tell us your requirement and we will advise the best option.
How do you quote — which currency?
We quote in USD based on current market pricing, typically on FOB or CIF terms according to your destination port.
What payment methods do you accept?
Common terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Details are confirmed with the proforma invoice.
What is the delivery / lead time?
In-stock items can usually load within 7–15 days after order confirmation. Made-to-order sizes depend on quantity and specification.
Can you produce custom sizes and specifications?
Yes. We offer slitting, cut-to-length and coating adjustments, and supply sections in fixed or custom lengths to your drawings.
Which ports do you ship from?
We mainly ship from Ningbo and Shanghai, with mature routes to the Middle East, Africa, Libya, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
What documents do you provide?
We provide mill test certificates (MTC), certificate of origin (COC), packing list, commercial invoice and other documents required for customs clearance.
